My Primary language is not English but I’ll try to explain you as I can,
(1) When the rays of light falls on reflecting surface of concave mirror, that time Concave mirror concentrate those all the rays at its focus.
(2) We can get bright light at our desired point by setting the focus of concave mirror on our desired point.
(3) We can’t see the inner parts of ear because light from surrounding do not pass inside the ear easily.
(4) That is why The E.N.T. Doctors set the focus of concave mirror on desired part inside the ear.
Result :- Concave mirror concentrate all the rays at desired part inside the ear & it looks bright.
