Develop a crisis communication plan for an organization of your choice. Include a social media policy.
Plan should be no less than five pages long and include, at a minimum, the following items:
- Title page (with clear identification of organization)
- Statement of purpose
- Scope
- Situations and assumptions
- Audience profile
- Chains of command/approval processes (operations)
- Key communication strategies
- Delegation of responsibilities
- Evaluation of communication efforts
- Guidelines specific to social media use
- References
