You already know the diameter is 14cm, so to find the radius ##r## you just divide the diameter by 2 to get ##r=7cm##
Next, substitute this into the formula you have above:
##A = 4pi(7)^2##
##A = 4pi(49)^2##

Now, you can optionally convert this to a numerical value by substituting in an actual value of pi (3.14159…), but for precision it’s usually best to leave the surface area in terms of a multiple of ##pi##.
The final numerical answer would be ##615.75cm^2##
