Your report should be written in a format that the shop floor can interpret the forecasted values but be illustrated in a way that leadership has confidence in the analysis that was conducted. The following needs to be included in your report and your spreadsheet. I will be checking to see if you analysis supports the calculations for each of these as well. Please be sure to include these items:
– Descriptive Statistics for years 2006-2010
– t-test for 2010 data
– ANOVA for 2006-2010
– Seasonal Forecast for Sale of Refrigerators
– Regression Analysis for Transformers
– 2011 (Quarters 1 – 4) transformer requirements
